The Meaning of Antarang

‘Antarang’ in Sanskrit means ‘innermost’ or ‘within.’It represents the quiet space inside each of us — where our emotions, stories, and truths reside.This is the space we return to at Antarang — to meet ourselves, again and again, with compassion and curiosity.
